It's so hard to post in multiple blogs lately.... I've been mostly at my main domain, http://onestarrynight.com if anyone wants to stop by!

My son will be starting kindergarten this year, I called after some deep breathing lol and found out which school he will be going to. They said I could come in anytime between 9-4pm to fill out registration forms which doesn't work for me schedule wise because I work 8-4p. I would also need to find out with my current boss some sort of scheduling for me because I am determined to drive my son to and from school each and every day. This scary for the both of us. I also have to find a doctor because he apparently needs a physical and dentist as well. Any doctors out there that are attachment parenting friendly?

So, for any Illinois momma's, especially those in or around Mount Prospect, please share any wisdom because I've been having panic fits about all of this and I need to know how to prepare myself and my 5 year old son for the journey that is school heh. 

I was shooting some photos of a creek today because the green algae was pretty cool, when I came home to process I saw this interesting shot. That's right. Not processed. PURPLE SPARKLES. I've included a link to the RAW file as well because it's just so weird!!
